White Tiger

This Character Design is for GimLi 3D Online game character design competition.

This character is a warrior in the game. The character is base on white tiger concept. I juxtapose the white tiger and a warrior to composing a unique character that the definitely can be the favourite character of GimLi Online players. In Chinese, his name is called “白虎的化身”.

First, I would like to talk about the costume. This character is wearing an arm length long sleeve on the right arm, and exposes his chest, to show that he is powerful warrior that not even needs much special armor to protect him. However, his left hand shoulder is equip with a tiger shape armor to function as the defend system, while his right hand is carrying a sword, so he can use his left hand armor to defend from the attack.

For the bottom part, he is wearing a long pants with iron protect boot. Besides, he is wearing cloak at his waist till leg length. The cloak has the white tiger texture that makes the plain white and blue to look more definition. The middle of the cloak is tie with a silver pin that joins the robes together. The pin is hanging with white tiger decoration.

The hair of him is short but layering with some long hair to show his attracting face and enhance the feel as hero. His hair is white and blue to emphasis the feel of white tiger. He has an Asian face that have fair skin and aged around 20 – 25.

He is carrying a special sword that can be split into pieces as a whip and vice versa. This sword is design to suit him, and it’s unique amongst the other weapons in the game. According to my research of the game, the game has a system that allows the player to equip their own weapons. So, this weapon is lethal that can lead the character himself to build the new world with his strength and power and become the ruler of the new world.

The overall colour mood of this character is cool. The main colour I used is blue and white so this character will stands out from all the colourful character in the game. He is cool but yet is strong. His characteristic is don’t like to talk much but once fight, you’ll impress by his speed and power. Therefore, the colour mood I’m using is suit to the white tiger concept and also his characteristic.

The pose of the character is the scene when he is ready to attack, and his sword is starting to split into pieces. I draw this character with this posing is to show the fine muscular figure of him and he has a good fighting skills which is fast, accurate, and fatal.
